Ghaem Moshaver Sepahan Engineering Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 2002 with the aim of providing specialized services in the fields of engineering, construction, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.

Relying on expert personnel with more than 50 years of executive experience, utilizing up-to-date technical knowledge, and cooperating with reputable domestic companies, the company has been actively involved in a wide range of industrial and infrastructure projects across the country.

An electrical equipment workshop covering an area of 1,200 square meters, fully equipped, with the capability to provide servicing, major overhauls, testing, and commissioning of various types of electrical machines (AC and DC). The workshop also has the capacity to manufacture and repair various types of electrical magnets, repair different types of generators, distribution and power transformers, repair various types of drives, and manufacture different molds for spare parts of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Maintenance

  1. Provision of maintenance and repair services for all types of electrical machines in various industries such as steel, cement, petrochemical, refining, ceramics, textile, food, and other major industries of the country.

  2. Provision of maintenance, repair, and inspection services for all types of transformers and substation equipment, including current and voltage transformers, surge arresters, reactors, and others.

Engineering Services

The Engineering Unit of Ghaem Moshaver Sepahan Company, following successful participation in numerous projects and the implementation of a preventive maintenance system based on Condition Monitoring in several industrial facilities, and relying on valuable acquired experience as well as advanced hardware and software capabilities, is ready to provide the following specialized services:

  1. Implementation of condition-based preventive maintenance systems in various industries.

  2. Performing a wide range of specialized tests for fault diagnosis of rotating equipment and defect elimination (on-site or at the maintenance workshop of Ghaem Moshaver Sepahan Company).

  3. Provision of services and training in specialized testing fields, including: vibration analysis, current analysis, oil analysis, gas chromatography analysis, thermography, earthing systems, motor commissioning (drives), and others.

  4. Provision of thermography services for electrical equipment and power networks.

  5. Provision of on-site balancing and alignment services for rotating equipment.

  6. Provision of rotating equipment balancing services at the company’s maintenance workshop (dynamic and static balancing) for weights from 5 to 1200 kg, with a maximum diameter of 3.2 meters and a maximum length of 6.7 meters.
