Following successful involvement in numerous projects and the implementation of a condition monitoring–based preventive maintenance system in several industrial facilities, the Engineering Department of Ghaem Moshaver Sepahan Company, relying on the valuable experience gained and possessing advanced hardware and software capabilities, is prepared to provide the following specialized services:

  1. Implementation of condition monitoring–based preventive maintenance systems in various industries.

  2. Performing various specialized tests for fault detection of rotating equipment and troubleshooting (either on-site or at the repair workshop of Ghaem Moshaver Sepahan Company).

  3. Provision of services and training in the field of specialized tests, including: vibration analysis, current analysis, oil analysis, gas chromatography analysis, thermography, grounding systems, motor commissioning (drives), and more.

  4. Provision of thermography services for electrical equipment and power networks.

  5. Provision of on-site balancing and alignment services for rotating equipment.

  6. Provision of balancing services for rotating equipment at the company’s repair workshop (dynamic and static balancing), for weights ranging from 5 to 1,200 kg, with a maximum diameter of 3.2 meters and a maximum length of 6.7 meters.
